Please call the office during normal office hours with your request for prescription refills. Please have available the prescription refill number, and the name and number of the pharmacy. Refills for restricted medications must be filled by New York State triplicate prescriptions and cannot be phoned in. Please try to anticipate refills in advance before the medications run out.
