You may need to research the availablity and we will fill it when you provide us with the complete information of the pharmacy that has the medication available. A TICK BITE IS NOT HOW YOU GET LYME AND WILL NOT BE TREATED.

AN ENGORGED, EMBEDDED TICK can be (does NOT have to be)  treated within 72 hours of removal  IT IS NOT AN EMERGENCY, CALL during REGULAR business hours or go to urgent care, medication  WILL NOT BE CALLED in overnight or on weekend/holidays.

 Parents or Legal Guardians:

If you are not accompanying your child/children to their appointment we must have permission in writing for the adult that will be with them to give consent to evaluate and treat as well as administer any vaccine.  The permission slip is available on our website.
